Getting Through The Journey Of Healing|The Emotional Break Downs & Break Throughs

The journey to Healing Emotional pain is a difficult one. Losing a person, Losing parts of ourselves, Losing to betrayals are forms of a death and a rebirth process in our lives. We all face it at one point or another.

In order to heal anything you must feel it first. And unfortunately our brains cannot differentiate physical pain from emotional pain and as a result, the journey can be very painful, destructive, stressful on the mind, body and soul.

Despite the deep pain, you must acknowledge it properly. You must face it head on to find the lesson & strength its meant to teach you to rebirth and come out with transformative wings. To go forward and face your new chapter of life, leaving behind love ones and the out dated. Break downs can turn into break throughs but you must keep going. Keep moving and do all the work that is required.
