Hybrid ECMO Strategies - VVV vs VVA vs VAV

In this next lesson on ECMO, we take a look at some more complex configurations and hybrid strategies that we use when VV ECMO or VA ECMO is not enough. I break down the similarities and differences between VVV ECMO and VVA ECMO, and then progress in to VAV ECMO and how that completely differs from the other two. The lesson concludes with a visual reference looking at the 5 main configurations of ECMO we have talked about up to this point.
