Making a Stew in the Instant Pot Duo + Air Fryer

Hi Guys,

Stew
Stewing Beef, I used about 1 lb
1 onion
3 carrots
6 small potatoes
Beef bouillon with red wine (use the bouillon of your choice)
2 sachets of beef OXO
1 tablespoon of Bovril
