Gary Read and his family live on the 29th floor of a luxury high rise in downtown Miami, but they plan to ride out the storm, despite warnings to evacuate. Read told Inside Edition that they've stocked up on water and non-perishable food. With residents wondering if the tall building will sway in the high winds, they plan on taking refuge in the garage. "We have multiple places within the building that are sealed in concrete," Read said. "This to me is the safest." #InsideEdition
