Coconut Cookies Crisp & Chewy Diane Lovetobake

"Lots of coconut and sugar make these cookies delicious".........
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter room temperature
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
Cream butter and sugars together beat in egg and vanilla till smooth.
Gradually add dry ingredients till all combined
Add coconut till smooth
Lightly Spray cookie pan place cookies 3" apart they will spread
Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes Makes 22 cookies
Let cookies stay in pan for 1 minute before placing on a cooling rack.
