ETPOS Tablet Not Syncing with POS Machine | Order Not Showing Issue (Need Help)

In this video, I’m sharing an issue I’m currently facing with ETPOS restaurant billing software. I’m using a tablet to take customer orders directly from the table, and a main POS machine as the server.

Both devices are running the same ETPOS software and are connected to the same WiFi network. However, when I place an order from the tablet, it does not appear on the main POS machine.

I’ve shown both sides in the video. You can clearly see the order being placed on the tablet, but it doesn’t sync or show up on the POS system. This is causing problems in managing orders during service.

I’m posting this video to ask for help from anyone who has used ETPOS or faced a similar issue with POS systems. If you know what might be causing this or how to fix it, please share your suggestions in the comments.

It could be a setup issue, server connection problem, or something related to network configuration, but I’m not sure yet.
