PTCERT POS Problems Explained | Queue Management, Daily Reports & Barcode Scanner Issues

In this video, I share some real problems I faced while using PTCERT billing software in the POS system.

First, I talk about the queue management issue while registering products. When multiple customers are waiting, it becomes difficult to manage different orders at the same time. I’m not sure if PTCERT has a built-in option for handling multiple customers, so I explain the situation from my experience.

Second, I explain the problem with checking daily sales reports. PTCERT probably has a feature to view total daily sales, but I couldn’t find the exact option. I show how confusing it can be to locate the daily report.

Third, I talk about the barcode issue from the butcher section. I generate stickers from the weight machine, but I don’t know how to properly scan and read those barcodes in the POS system at the counter.
