Flandre - There Was No Testing?

Flandre isn't a bad ship, but I can't shake the feeling that no one at WG actually tested this ship. The right-click bug is such a glaring issue, you'd expect any intern to spot it and have it fixed before they ask for money for it. Yet they didn't. Baffling.
