Weimar - Fun Ranked Boat

I wish the ship wasn't so consumable reliant, as WG for some reason decided to balance the hull around the consumables, instead of the other way around. Weimar is still fun though, Mainz pen and flat arcs at T7 makes you able to punish broadsides heavily, and the strong torpedo setup makes a strong yoloer.
