Cleaned throttle body:
Cleaned injectors:
Cleaned and polished both motor mounts (aluminum)
Cleaned and painted the valve covers and gaskets
Used 200, 500, 1000, and 2000 grit sanding to prep
before painting any of the plastics
Port and Polished the Lower intake manifold
Changed the oil and filter
Coolant refill
New heat shield hoses for all wiring

I took around 5-7 hours to do this repair. I took more time to video the process. I am not a shop mechanic but can do a few things. I could have done all the items listed in 3-4 hours. A shop mechanic can do it much faster. I did this because I think I saved some $$ by doing so.

I hope you enjoyed the videos. I know some were boring or long. I wanted to make it so anyone can view it and do this job. It isn't hard. You can do anything if you have the mind to do so. Keep your shop clean and tools clean.
