Testing Supercapacitor cells and Results

I show you how I test each carbon or active material for symmetric supercapacitor to make comparisons and the results of the carbon foam from sugar. Which I showed you how to make in the previous 2 vids.
Please bare in mind, this is how I do it.. NOT a 'this is absolutely the way to do it' I hope it helps someone and i'am open to any ideas or suggestions that might be helpful to me too. My channel is about sharing ideas and learning from each other.
The sugar carbon foam results gave me roughly twice the energy density over coconut activated carbon (which is what they mostly use in commercially available supercaps ) its the best I've come up with so far for a symmetric all carbon supercapacitor and aqueous 1M sodium sulphate electrolyte charging @1.6v
