Written Recipe:
1 whole snapper (2 1/2 lb)
2 cups of callaloo chopped ( cabbage substitute if you don't have callaloo)
1 scallion
a piece of thyme
1/2 green pepper
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
1/4 onion
4 tablespoon salted butter

season to your liking:
black pepper
salt
seasoning salt
complete seasoning
garlic powder
