Cornish hen recipe - Mama P style

Written Recipe:
3 cornish hens
5 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoon of jerk sauce
1 teaspoon of complete seasoning
1 teaspoon of all purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon of butter
a drizzle of olive oil
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoon of poultry season
1 1/2 chopped onion
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
pinch of salt
if you need to add more or less of the seasonings, it is up to you
