Marathon Runner Reunites With Heroes Who Saved His Life
Greg Woodman was running in a half marathon in Pennsylvania when he suffered a massive heart attack. By luck, running in the same race were some health care professionals, including two nurses. Woodman's chances of surviving a serious heart attack were small but the health professionals teamed up and took turns doing CPR to try to save his life until an ambulance came. After six agonizing minutes, Woodman's heart started beating again in the ambulance on the way to the medical center.
