Thousands Rally for ‘March for Israel’ at National Mall in D.C.

Thousands of people rallied at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to show support for Israel. Rallygoers came on convoys of buses from across America. Actress Debra Messing was among the speakers calling for the release of the hostages. The Department of Homeland Security called the rally a “Level 1” security event, the highest risk assessment. The rally comes as a disturbing wave of antisemitism sweeps across America in the wake of the war.
