Black Sea Real estate prices in Bulgaria are on the rise. In this video I will give my opinion on where I think are the best five places in this area to invest in the real estate market. When I researched this video I examined a number of property markets including those in Sunny Beach, Sozopol, Albena, Balchik, Nessebar, Golden Sands, St Konstantin and Elena, Bourgas, Primorosko and Varna.
