Zagreb Croatia Real Estate/Property is a better Investment than the coast

Zagreb real estate is often overlooked by foreign buyers but in this video I will give you my reasons why I think it is better investing here than on the coast. I will make comparisons with Dubrovnik and Split real estate. At the end of the video I will give you my opinion on whether it is worth investing here or not.
