Leica IIIf Review

In this episode, Greg and I review the legendary Leica IIIf which is famous for being one of the highest iterations of Oskar Barnack's original Leica screw mount camera design. The camera was built between 1950 and 1957. In this period, around 184.000 cameras have been produced.

We took Greg's Leica IIIf out on an extensive photo walk around the vineyards and smaller towns around Würzburg. In addition, we drew a quick comparison to the Leica M3 which was simultaneously sold starting in 1954.
