OLD STEAM POWERED MACHINE SHOP 32 Steam engine rod bearing

Before municipal power, in the 1920s, steam power was the standard for all industry large and small. Most first hand knowledge of this marvelous power source was lost in scarcely a generation. I set up this shop to depict what it might have been like in 1925 to run a small job machine shop under steam power.
