SP的戚風蛋糕，特別選用韓國黑糖、海藻糖、大量日本雞蛋蛋白製作而成。帶糖蜜的黑糖令蛋糕散發濃郁香氣﹔海藻糖由天然植物提煉而成，甜度只有蔗糖的45%，相對較健康﹔加上採用大量蛋白製作，口感非常鬆軟。SP的 Comfort Cake 及 Make a Wish 系列均用上如斯美味的戚風蛋糕。
SP’s Chiffon Cakes are made with selected ingredients including Korean Dark Sugar, Trehalose Sugar and loads of Japanese Egg White. The molasses in the dark sugar elevates the cake aroma; the sweetness level of Trehalose Sugar which is generated from plants is only 45% of cane sugar therefore it is comparatively healthier; and the use of loads of egg white provides a very fluffy texture. These Delicious Chiffon Cakes are used in SP Comfort Cake & Make a Wish Collection.
