This is Shadow Kwan. She is a Cross-border Creative Designer in Hong Kong. She is the Creative Director of SP Creative Studio, founder of Lifestyle and Gourmet Brands - SP Flower and Tea Room, SP Dance, Cookies Quartet, Smile Yogurt, Sansui, Pound & Roll, Ah Bu, Tea meets Coffee. She is also a Food Stylist, Ikebana Artist, Oriental Tea Artist, Columnist of Aesthetic Lifestyling and Author of 《日日是好日》。
大家好，這是關琬潼，香港生活美學跨界設計師。在 SP 遊樂美學創作空間出任創作總監，亦是多個生活及美食品牌創辦人，包括SP Flower and Tea Room、SP Dance、曲奇4重奏、Smile Yogurt、山翠熟成牛料理、Pound & Roll、阿不、茶啡。同時也是美食造型師、日本草月流師範導師、生活美學專欄及《日日是好日》作家。

As a practitioner working in the creative industry for over 16 years, she is grateful to share her daily routine and rituals with you about how she creates, and how to systematically get more tasks done in a day.
