- After the video about a high-speed rail in California, and the video about the Brightline East and Brightline West, today we’ll talk about another high-speed rail project in the United States – which is always an interesting and controversial topic.
Just like Brightline, this rail project is planned to be 100% private, it is happening in Texas, and is owned by the company Texas Central, which will carry out activities on design, construction, finance, and operation of the high-speed line between Dallas and Houston.
In the video, we covered the potential of the corridor between these two American cities, the technology that will be used (Shinkansen!), the scope of the project, traffic forecasts, financing, and many other aspects!
If you want to know all about this great railway project, check out our video!
Enjoy!

Special thanks to our Patrons: David Brandon, Brendan McKeon, Linda Vainomae-Hoffmann, Andrew Saffrey, Myron York, Gerald Brady, Tim McKeoun, and August Bigelow!
