In this video I show you EXACTLY what a real day of eating looks like for me! I really hope it shows you how much I love food and how I use food to not only fuel my body but to also enjoy life! Far too many of us are told being "healthy" means we have to be extremely restrictive. Cutting carbs, fats, sugars etc... The reality is that this mindset simply isn't true. I eat ALL of those things every single day! However, I focus on timing, portion sizes and balance to ensure that I stay healthy and lean ALL YEAR ROUND.

I never cut, or bulk. Instead, I just focus on staying consistent and balanced! That way I can enjoy every single day stress free!
