नवरात्री व्रत के लिए टेस्टी नाश्ता Rajgira aata chilla नवरात्रि उपवास स्पेशल Healthy Fast Recipe
~ Rajgira aata pancakes ~
Crispy . Healthy . delicious .
Benefits of Rajgira aata (amarnath)
1 . Helps In weight loss
2 . Protects Against Cancer.
3 . Fights Inflammation.
4 . Promotes Bone Health.
5 . Builds Muscle Strength.
6 . Aids In Digestion.
7 . Promotes Heart Health.
You can use singhada aata / kuttu aata / sabudana aata instead of Rajgira aata .
You can totally skip some ingredients if you don’t have them in your fast .
While cooking on pan just spread the batter evenly with the help of a good spatula or spoon ( it will be difficult at 1st but eventually you’ll get hang of it)
Also grease the pan nicely with ghee / oil before cooking .
