Mexican Burrito Bowl Healthy Dinner Ideas Easy to Prepare One Pot Meal Ideas Foodchronicles By Ruchi

Burritos are filled with savoury filling, include large array of other ingredients such as rice & cooked beans, vegetables such as tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, onion etc & condiments such as salsa, chipotle sauce, sour cream, cheese etc.

Burrito bowls are healthy as they are well balanced with protein, carbs & healthy fats.

I have used brown rice to make my bowl even more healthy (if not available then use basmati rice ), wheat nachos & homemade chipotle sauce!

For Salsa you need - Tomatoes, onion, green chilly , oregano, chilli flakes , lime juice, salt

How to cook in a pan or Kadhai -

Add 2 cup salt & spread it all over in the kadhai, cover the kadhai and pre heat for 10 mins, place a stand in the kadhai over salt, place the prepared mexican bowl, cover the lid & let it cook for 10 - 15 mins (or until the cheese completely melts )
