Time Is Illusory ~ The Ananda Way of Life #25

Though we percieve time linearly, we think some particular event or person causes a unique reaction in us, but in fact, the instigating circumstance may merely have reminded us of a past memory, some old vritti (stored energetic memory) in our astral spine. There are parts of our lives, opportunities, desires, attractions, repulsions, relationships, that make no rational sense when taken on their own. To attempt to rationalize them in relationship to our current perception of time is not always helpful, for sometimes the cause of our feelings is rooted in past incarnations, not this current one. Courage it is, at last, that is needed to overcome the vast bundle of past impressions and memories. By offering all of our experiences into the fire of Divine Grace, we step closer and closer to final freedom.
