Does Mounjaro actually work?

I started on Sunday, and to be honest I was expecting a lot of symptoms such as headaches, nausea, maybe vomiting as well as diarrhoea.

Have I experienced these? How has mounjaro made me feel? Has it affected my appetite or is it just an absolute waste of time?

Is this a drug which will help or are we being charged money for little effect? Will mounjaro be considered the answer for weight loss, or is losing weight something that can't be fixed quickly?
