Work took me all over the UK – from Goole to Coventry, Liverpool, Southampton, and Norwich – and I talk about how I stayed on track with my health goals while on the move.

⚖️ Weigh-In Results
I reveal this week’s weigh-in and talk about how my progress is going after 9 weeks on Mounjaro. It’s honest, real, and I hope it helps anyone going through their own weight loss or GLP-1 journey.
