FLOORING For My 400 SF Log Cabin - Wk 32

This week I installed the flooring in the cabin. I have been looking at flooring products for some time, considering the advantages and disadvantages of each. Because of the small area, I wanted the same flooring throughout the cabin. It needed to be waterproof and suitable for installation over a radiant floor system. I finally decided on a 100% waterproof, vinyl plank. The system is free floating, easy to install and priced very reasonably. If it wears well I will be quite pleased with it.

This weekend I will start building the kitchen. I am looking forward to that project. It is finally starting to feel like a home.
