Dear friends and followers, welcome back to my channel and to a frequently asked question: “CAN PILOTS HAVE TATTOOS, and smoke in the cockpit?”

The tattoo question nowadays has become a standard question at pilot and flight attendant recruitments. Passengers still have that tidy, professional looking pilot in their mind as they enter the airplane. Facing a pilot with tattoos up to his neck sadly is associated as untrustworthy to a point that some of them even question if he or she just escaped prison. If read the most interesting facts what passengers think of pilots with tattoos. Personally I have a seen many pilots hiding their tattoos under a long sleeve shirt and no question about it they are great pilots. But the era of the tidy, groomed and professional looking pilot will last many more years in my opinion.
But see for yourself how pilots and flight attendants deal with their long lasting artwork on their arms and shoulders etc.

I want to be clear that I personally have nothing against people who have tattoos, I often compliment them if I like their body art. This video is just a message to future pilots and flight attendants, that I would recommend getting a visible tattoo prior your airline assessment. Be mindful about your decision, you can tattoo yourself later in life!
