Making Parrot Chop (To Freeze) - Jasper the Eclectus Parrot

I love making these birdie dinners for Jasper. They last for months and he loves them. Thank you to Feathered Haven for the original recipe. Simply break them into pieces with a hammer after they've been frozen, and heat in the microwave before feeding for about 45 seconds. You can use any variation for ingredients. *Edit* I've since dropped eggs from this recipe (eggshells OK) since too many eggs aren't good for them (new information I've acquired from an Ekkie expert). I'll give Jasper a small piece of cooked egg on the rare occasion only.
