Rwandans head to the polls with president Kagame expected to win fourth term

Voting is underway in Rwanda for the parliamentary and presidential elections. The result is widely expected to confirm another term for incumbent Paul Kagame. He's already been in power for 24 years and his opponents are considered too weak to pose any kind of challenge to him.
