Eat a Huge Fatty Salad Every Single Day!

1. Glass of water with some mineral salt
- Sodium is NOT bad
- You HAVE to add more salt to your diet if you’re running a low carb diet
- Don’t eat as soon as you wake up
2. Wait 1-3 hours after you wake up before you eat your breakfast
3. Huge fatty salad (bowl of dark leafy greens: kale, arugula, spinach)
4. Use extra virgin olive oil
5. Lots of good prebiotic fiber
6. Sometimes drink kombucha with the breakfast salad
7. Protein: add chicken, egg, or grass-fed steak
