Fix Bad Posture with This Workout (Fix Rounded Shoulders Stretches + Exercises)

If you have bad posture from working on your laptop or looking at your phone all day, you might have a little diddy called upper crossed syndrome. Don't freak out, though--it's fixable 🤝 Certain muscles need to be lengthened (stretched) and certain muscles need to be strengthened, and this video is going to directly help you do both. Very cool.

For this stretch and exercise routine, it'd be really helpful if you had a couple of light weights, a foam roller, and a tennis ball, but if you're missing some of those things, don't sweat it. Just do what you can with what you have.
