Carrot Cake from Debbie dung a yaad

Ingredients :
1 cup light vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups shredded carrot
1 cup raisins / chopped nuts
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
