I made this video because I had a really hard time finding videos on youtube explaining exactly what to do when you get a client. There is so much content out there on how to get business but no one really talks about how to handle that business once it comes in. Since most of my subscribers are new agents I figured I would start with how to handle buyers. The first transaction you have as a new agent is most likely going to be on the buy side. So let me show you exactly how to handle the whole process from 1st phone call all the way to close.
