Welcome to my channel. I want to share my Korean food recipes with every Korean food lovers.
Please note that I'm using international measurements. My cup is 250ml and tablespoon 15ml and teaspoon 5ml. Check your measurements and you can download converter app easily in app store.
And I'm not promoting any products. The reason why I show you the products I'm using is... I want to point out if you use other brands you might adjust the ratio a little bit. And also the reason why I made recipe very small amount is... when you try a new recipe, please make it very small amount and then make an adjustment then you decide your final recipe. That's what I do too.

Ingredients
*miyeok guk (1-2 serving)
miyeok (dried seaweed, wakeme) 5 grams
water 2 cups 500ml
soup soy sauce 1 Tbs 15ml
dasida (korean beef stock) 1 tsp 5ml
black pepper 2 shakes
sesame oil, hint of it
*yuksu
water 1/4 cup (62.5ml) for dasida 1ml
*musaengchae
radish 500 grams shredded
chili flakes 5 tsp = 1 Tbs and 2 tsp = 25ml
sugar 1 Tbs
salt 1 tsp
fish sauce 5 tsp = 1 Tbs and 2 tsp = 25ml
garlic 3 cloves crushed / minced garlic 2 Tbs
green onion chopped 20 grams
miwon 1ml for whole recipe
** sugar and salt amount may vary according to condition of radish.
