Focus Cyclone Champion ~ Ultimatum PoE 3.14 Build Guide

Tanking the deadliest one shot mechanics from endgame bosses always is something I wanted to achieve, and thanks to fortify effect it was able to be done without sacrificing too much offensively as the build can still pack some good deeps. This build however was definitely higher investment then I normally would like to go into a build so I am including an earlier version of the build that was a lot less investment at that point when It still could do all the content but with a lot less speed.

Leveling Trees: Normally I would try to include leveling trees for the build but unfortunately for chainbreaker method it requires so many passives just to function needing all 6 clusters, so instead of speccing going for chainbreaker right away I would recommend speccing the build out like PoB from before I swapped to chainbreaker saving passives and making the switch around 85-90 range when its more feasible if you wish to swap into chainbreaker setup.
