Can't Decide League starter: CoC Reap Inquisitor VS Exsanguinate Elementalist

Usually don't struggle this hard to make up my mind about my league start, and will definitely have to make up my mind soon because league starts tomorrow. Just trying to give you guys a heads up here on my rough plan for the league start. I will of course be making update videos each day early on as I progress the character I choose so that way if you want to follow me down this path there will be updates every day on what I am doing and how its progressing.

FOR POB: Currently having issues getting links to be publicly accessible. I am tinkering with this now but currently even though I have settings for pastes to be public when trying to access these pastes without being logged in its denying access. If anyone has had this issue with posting pastebins and knows how to fix it or knows an alternative to pastebin let me know.
