40 Synthesis Map Farm with New Atlas Passives ~ Worth?

Wanted to test out the new atlas passives for synthesis to see if they were worth allocating.
Long story short is not really unless you are chaining a ton of those maps for the slight chance at something decent. Forgot to mention this but one of the ascendancy points mentions getting a well rolled fracture item from synthesis bosses(this was particularly underwhelming and doesn't work with invitation fights).
