Binge-on is a service from Tmobile. Not only do you need to get their SIM card and sign up for the 6GB+ plan but you must also Turn-On the Binge-On service... call them, they can do it on the phone.
You should also download their Mobile App and monitor your usage each day until you are comfortable.
