JustAnswer Customer: just realized that the unit is upside down; the error code is "57"- "pressure switch open"

airheatman: HVAC Technician: Turn power off and back on to reset board.
airheatman: HVAC Technician: Then call for heat and tell me does the inducer (small vent motor) come on when you call for heat?
JustAnswer Customer: ok - I will try your steps - but as I was troubleshooting and typing to you the unit came on, I saw the flames and was blowing heat - now it shows an error code of "11" - failed ignition
airheatman: HVAC Technician: Did the small vent motor start?
JustAnswer Customer: I think so.
JustAnswer Customer: I'm assuming the small vent motor you are referring to is the motor near where the flames are - but what is disconcerting is that it seems to keep cycling even after the heat is on and blowing - now its not blowing anymore
airheatman: HVAC Technician: Remove hose from inducer motor , leave attached to pressure switch and once inducer starts suck on hose keeping vacuum on switch , Keep sucking and see if we can make flame stay on .
