Mainz — German premium Tier VIII cruiser.

Bad concealment for a cruiser
Low top speed and sluggish rudder shift
Unlike Prinz Eugen, Mainz has no access to Repair Party (While active, restores a percentage of the ship's health points each second.)
Inferior armor profile compared to Prinz Eugen and Admiral Hipper
Torpedoes are short-ranged
Lightly armored turrets can be knocked out easily
