If you are #investing in a luxury property, the numbers will not always make sense from an investment or #cashflow standpoint. But if you are looking for a secure way to have someone else pay your mortgage and generate rental income on a monthly basis than I am all for it.

Also, if you are listing your luxury home on the rental market make sure you understand how much you can rent it for. The goal as a #realestateinvestor is to have a tenant quickly and not have a vacant home generating no rental income.
