An ode to Zigzag, the 3rd oldest surf magazine in the world! #southafrica #surfing #magazine #surf

Zigzag magazine started in 1976 in Durban, with Mike Larmont, Doug McDonald and Paul Naude as the founders. The first few issues (tabloid size) sold for 50 cents, and over it's span of more than 4 decades these old issues have become collectors' items. Only a few are lucky enough to have a full collection.
In December 2023 Zigzag will print their final issue. Luckily, it will still continue online.
