Prairie Bobcat Axles Part 2

Uncle Tim needed some axles made up for an old 6x6 amphibious ATV called a Prairie Bobcat. The company has been out of business for decades, and parts aren't easy to find, so he asked me to build them for him.

In Part 1 we cut the material to size and tacked the flanges to the shafts. In Part 2 we do the finish welding and machining, including drilling the bolt hole pattern using the tool post drill jig and then cutting the keyways. Please don't mark the welding job too hard, the blemishes are very shallow . . . For this application the welds are plenty strong.
