Making a Fly Cutter from Scrap

I've needed a fly cutter for a while but haven't been able to justify buying one. So, a chunk of drop end 4140, an afternoon playing in the shop, and now I have one. I need it to make another tool for an upcoming project, and it will be very handy for putting nice surface finishes on mill projects.

As well, got a very good eBay score, and some more stickers for the collection.
