Chocolate Rice Pudding

Chocolate rice pudding is a delicately sweet, warm dessert. It doesn't take long to prepare as we use cooked rice.

Today, I will be sharing a recipe for chocolate rice pudding. It's a completely different and contrasting sweet rice dessert compared to savory rice dishes.

Tips:
I used unsweetened almond milk in this video, but you can also use regular milk.
Cook the milk and rice mixture over medium-low heat, and keep stirring.
Adjust the amount of chocolate and lemon to your preference.

Ingredients
150g Cooked Rice
170ml Unsweetened almond milk
1tsp Sugar
2~3Tbsp Chocolate
1~1.5tsp Lemon juice
