Operations are carried out with 7 -80 mm thick welding components. Work is performed in all spatial positions. In welding process a used Micro-alloy rutile flux-cored wire with rapidly solidifying slag for CO2 and Ar-CO2 mix. Sometimes ordinary steel wire is used. Weld backing tape is used as required.
Welding is carried out on professional semi-automatic welding equipment of following firms: LINCOLN ELECTRIC ; ESAB. If necessary, I am performing: edge cutting, preheating, grinding and other operations.Welded joints undergo specialized flaw detection.
