Who Forced BCI To Remove Xinjiang Cotton From Its List?
BCI has a branch in China, and in the past several years, no forced labour has ever been found in Xinjiang. In March 2021, BCI China announced that it had not seen any forced labour issue in Xinjiang and said it had contacted its head office in Switzerland. Till today, we have not seen any apology from the BCI head office regarding the Sinjiang cotton issue.
